  72-hour cancellation notice required prior to check-in or reservation is non-refundable; reservations made within cancellation window are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged total Groupon rate. If cancelling due to COVID-19, Hotel requires confirmation of a positive COVID-19 test sent directly to the hotel by 5pm the day of arrival, at the latest.
